Shipping & Returns
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. We ship most in-stock items within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and on occasions when we can't, we'll let you know. You will be notified at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. All orders are subject to credit approval.
We deliver via Canada Post Lettermail™, International Letter-post™ or Expedited Parcel™ (depending on the size of your shipment and your shipping address). If you need to place a rush order, please contact us. Note that items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address (i.e. you won't be charged more if we have to ship your order in two lots).
1) For items purchased through Empire Music (this includes all Ukulele in the Classroom books and companion CDs), please refer to the Empire Music refund and exchange policy, found on this page.
2) To cancel a workshop or certification program registration, simply contact us with your request (please include your invoice number if applicable).
3) Items purchased directly through the Ukulele in the Classroom Store may be returned for refund or exchange. Please note that returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of your purchase. Returned items must be received by Crystal Lake Media in saleable condition.
To help us process your return, please download and complete our Merchandise Return form and include the reason for the return. Send the package via UPS or insured Canada Post to the address indicated on your invoice. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us (but we'll refund your original shipping & handling cost so it should even out). Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
