| Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. We ship most in-stock items within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and on occasions when we can't, we'll let you know. You will be notified at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Standard delivery
We deliver via Canada Post Lettermail™, International Letter-post™ or Expedited Parcel™ (depending on the size of your shipment and your shipping address). If you need to place a rush order, please contact us. Note that items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address (i.e. you won't be charged more if we have to ship your order in two lots).
Return Policy
If you need to return your merchandise for a refund, please download and complete our Merchandise Return form and include the reason for return. Send the package via UPS or insured Canada Post to the address indicated on your packing slip. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
